About

Thank-you for visiting our site.  I am a native to Calgary, Canada and spent most of my life here with the exception of living in Carlsbad, California for several years. I am now farming land near Alsask, Saskatchewan.

I am an avid fly fisherman and spend the vast majority of time time in the mountains whether fishing, hiking, collecting materials or just learning.

Raised near the Rocky Mountains of Alberta, Canada, I have spent much time exploring these lush forests and breathtaking peaks.  There I learned, often through trial and error, many survival techniques. It is these surroundings and the local Native American cultures that are the greatest inspirations on our products.

Our knapped products are made using traditional tools (antler, stone, etc.) or copper equivalents. In addition I carve wood, antler and stone and enjoy lapidary and other arts.

I was honoured by Sherry as being a stand in feature on the Tarp.

I hope that you enjoy your time here.  Please feel free to email me as I would love to hear from you and find ways to improve this site.
